Maryland Special Police Officer (SPO) Certification Training – 80 Hours

The Maryland Special Police Officer (SPO) Certification Training Course is an 80-hour comprehensive training program designed to prepare qualified individuals for appointment and certification as Special Police Officers in the State of Maryland. This course is structured to meet Maryland State Police training requirements and ensures participants develop the legal knowledge, practical skills, and professional judgment necessary to perform SPO duties in a lawful, ethical, and effective manner.
