Williams Tactical Consultant Group is committed to providing high-quality professional training while reserving appropriate instructional resources, facilities, equipment, and personnel for each scheduled course. To ensure fairness to all students and to our instructors, the following Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all training courses and registrations.

1. CANCELLATIONS 7 OR MORE DAYS BEFORE CLASS

Students who cancel their registration at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the scheduled class date are eligible to receive a 100% refund of the course registration fee.

Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment, subject to applicable payment-processing timelines.

2. CANCELLATIONS LESS THAN 7 DAYS BEFORE CLASS

Cancellations made fewer than seven (7) calendar days before the scheduled class date are non-refundable.

Because class preparation, instructor scheduling, facility reservations, equipment, and administrative resources may already have been committed, Williams Tactical Consultant Group cannot provide refunds for late cancellations.

3. NO-SHOWS

Students who fail to attend a scheduled class without providing an eligible cancellation notice will be considered a no-show and are not eligible for a refund.

Failure to attend any portion of a course does not entitle the student to a partial refund.

4. TRANSFER OR RESCHEDULING

At the discretion of Williams Tactical Consultant Group, students who are unable to attend their scheduled class may be permitted to transfer their registration to a future class.

Any approved transfer is subject to:

• Course availability

• Applicable course requirements

• Administrative approval

• Any difference in course fees

A transfer is not guaranteed and does not constitute a refund.

5. CLASS CANCELLATION BY WILLIAMS TACTICAL CONSULTANT GROUP

Williams Tactical Consultant Group reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule a course when circumstances require, including but not limited to instructor availability, facility issues, weather, emergency conditions, insufficient enrollment, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If Williams Tactical Consultant Group cancels a class, students will be notified as soon as reasonably possible and may be offered rescheduling or a full refund, as applicable.

6. COURSE-SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

Certain courses may have additional attendance, eligibility, certification, documentation, or regulatory requirements. Students are responsible for reviewing all course-specific requirements before registering.

Registration and payment constitute acknowledgment and acceptance of this Cancellation & Refund Policy.

7. POLICY ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By registering for a course with Williams Tactical Consultant Group, the student acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to the terms of this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
